TERRY ATKINSON AND RICHARD BIRKETT

A Talk as part of ATKINSON
Sunday, November, 9, 2pm

Terry Atkinson will give a talk the day after his exhibition opens. The curator, Richard Birkett, will be on hand to ask questions. The exact nature of their discussion will unfold over the course of preparing the show, but I imagine or hope, I can never tell the difference, that it will touch on how Atkinson has tried to use art to further an understanding of a complex social and political world and alternatively to address the working presumptions and myths of the professional artist.
